MULTIPURPOSE DESIGN: This full Murphy bed can be folded away into a cabinet to open up floor space in any room. A dual piston system folds the cabinet bed down quickly and smoothly so you can sleep comfortably at night while enjoying your space during the daytime. The hide away desk supports up to 50 pounds and has a pneumatic cylinder mechanism that retracts the workstation when not in use. Open and closed shelving allow you to store and display a variety of items. PRACTICAL WALL BED: The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to both the floor and wall for ease of assembly and maximum stability and durability. The full size Murphy bed with desk and storage accommodates most standard full mattresses (8-10 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 54 x 75 inches, no futons) to let you choose the most comfortable option (mattress not included, do not use with box spring). COMFORTABLE: The mattress support features flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maximum comfort. This space saving bed can be slept on every night and works perfectly in a small apartment or studio. The hide away bed is easy to use; simply pull on the handles and flip the support leg down onto the floor. When planning your space, allow for a clearance of 30 to 36 inches around the open bed to make getting in and out easier. QUALITY MATERIALS: North American made with globally sourced materials. The modern Murphy bed with shelves features a durable steel frame and a laminated engineered wood cabinet with adjustable leg levelers.
